YES! We at Modern Status believe in spreading the love K-POP around the world! That said, we accept international payments from ALL countries: Mexico to Brazil, Australia to the United Kingdom, Canada to France, New Zealand to Iceland, you name it!

The default prices of our products are in U.S dollars (USD), but can be purchased from any country with any currency. During checkout, the price(s) will be in USD, dont panic! Your currency will simply convert to USD upon paying.

Unless otherwise specified, most of our clothing products (aside from our shoes) are in Asian sizes, which are a bit smaller than US and European sizes.

We suggest that you order 1 to 2 sizes up - meaning if you usually wear a Medium, then Large or X-Large would likely fit you best unless the size chart specifies otherwise.

Order processing time ranges from 2 - 7 Business Days before shipment. 

In order to bring you, our guest, the best products at the most affordable prices, we partner with merchants and artists across the globe. Our shipping times for domestic products to locations within the U.S. are 3-5 business days. For all other products, shipping times are typically 1-5 weeks. If you ordered multiple items they may arrive in separate shipments in order to expedite delivery.

While some of your order(s) can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays. Do not panic! Most likely it's still on its way to you.

There are some circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause delays in shipments. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time.

Please note that we are only able to modify or make changes to your order(s) if it has not been fulfilled yet. 

It is very important that you input the correct shipping address to ensure your items are delivered to you.

Within a couple of hours after purchasing your order, our manufacturers may already be processing your item(s). 

Unfortunately, after the order is fulfilled, we are unable to change/modify your order.

To cancel the order(s), please send an e-Mail with your Order Number to info@modernstatus.co or contact us via the "Contact Us" button on our webpage as soon as possible.

An order cannot be cancelled if it has already shipped or is in the process of creation.

We will send you Tracking Number(s) for your order(s) via the e-mail you provided upon checkout This email will also guide you on how to track your package. You can also track your order via the "TRACK ORDER" button on our website! 

Tracking information will be displayed approximately 48-72 hours after you receive the tracking number.

Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs). 

In most cases, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on the tracking system after the item is shipped. 

Making sure your order arrive safely and securely is one of our top priorities, which is why we provide free, up-to-date tracking on most of our products.

If the tracking info states that your item(s) have been delivered but you have not received them, please check with your neighbor, speak with family, roommates, etc in the event that they may have received the item(s) on your behalf.

If you reside in an apartment, packages may have been left with property managers or apartment office staff.

These things happen. Although we can't offer FREE exchanges or refunds if you pick the wrong size/color, we can offer a low cost solution. Please check the size chart in the product's description. All of our products have different measurements, so it is very important to compare the measurements of each product to the measurements of a garment you own at home for accuracy.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
